Adenium obesum is a kind of bush belonging to the family Apocynaceae. It is known like Sabi Star, Kudu o Desert-rose. It is native to east and south tropical and subtropical of Africa and Arabia.

Adenium is a perennial bush that grows until 1-3 meters of height. It has spirally arranged leaves, simple and full with leathery texture with 5-15 cm length and 1-8 weight. It has tubular flowers with 5 petals of 4-6- cm of diameter, similar to sorts Plumeria and Nerium. Flowers are red and pink, but sometimes they have white highlights. It is often used as bonsai.
